Production Introduction
1. Appearance: Our new premium vehicle with a unique exterior and a cab meeting international ROPS & FOPS standards, catering to high-end market needs.
2. Structural parts: Self-made structural and cover components use laser cutting and CNC processing, with Panasonic robot welding. All parts are then shot blasted, electrophoretic treated, and electrostatically coated, yielding a stable, balanced vehicle with vibrant, long-lasting color.
3. Hydraulic system: Our hydraulic system uses customized parts, H-type joints for pipes made by Qingdao Rubber 6, ensuring sufficient flow and low leakage risk. A customized enlarged water tank and radiator provide a reasonable oil pipe layout and system design, effectively preventing high temperature risks.
4. Transmission system: Equipped with a KINLIT export-grade transmission, its gears are made of durable materials for long life. The customized axle system, including reducer and semi-shaft, is enlarged and strengthened. The gear ratio matches the engine and transmission, ensuring low failure and high efficiency.
5. Power system: Equipped with renowned engines (Xichai, Yuchai, Yunnei, Cummins, Kubota, etc.), customizable internal accessories, and optional three-level air filters based on environment. Low failure rate, high power, and customer-approved customizations available.
6. Operation system:
Joystick operation is standard, with optional hydraulic or electric control. Double high/low speed design enhances work efficiency and comfort. Two-speed mode with full hydraulic control ensures smoother running.

Production Feature
1. New advanced cab, meets the international ROPS & FOPS standard. Produced by the whole stamping and stretching process, the cab has higher strength and larger space. Overall curved auto glass with elongated wipers, the view is wider without blind spots.
2. Structural parts, cab, rear hood, rear counterweight are all electrophoresis treated, and with electrostatic spraying, make the whole machine brighter and better anti-rust performance.
3. Noise and heat insulation are adopted in the cab and rear engine compartment.
4. Protective devices equipped on both front and rear lights.
5. Adopting split gearbox, the center of gravity of the whole vehicle is shifted back. More stable operation, improved safety coefficient and easier maintenance.
6. The vehicle's 1/2 hinged design allows the front and rear wheels to be common track, reducing the turning angle to 35° for greater agility and reducing tire wear, lowering energy consumption by 5%.
7. Secondary processing of key holes by boring machine, providing higher concentricity.
8. Adopting mortise and tenon structure and three-layer hinges for the front frame, which provide a more stable and flexible connection, effectively preventing metal fatigue and increasing service life.
9. Customized export standard torque converter, axle and gearbox, perfectly matched with each other, make the entire loader run more stable and effective, and reduce the failure rate by 30%.
