Production Introduction
1. Cab: Three different cab appearances: classic, customized and high-end. Optional adjustable seat, multi-function dashboard, reverse video and air conditioning, which makes the operating environment more comfortable and safe.
2. Structural parts: Self-made structural and cover components use laser cutting and CNC processing, with Panasonic robot welding. All parts are then shot blasted, electrophoretic treated, and electrostatically coated, yielding a stable, balanced vehicle with vibrant, long-lasting color.
3. Transmission system: Equipped with a KINLIT export-grade transmission, its gears are made of durable materials for long life. The customized axle system, including reducer and semi-shaft, is enlarged and strengthened. The gear ratio matches the engine and transmission, ensuring low failure and high efficiency.
4. Hinge design: Self-designed front, middle and rear hinge adapts to different operating environments. Improving the stability of the body as a whole, improving driving flexibility and enhancing the carrying capacity.
5. Power system: Equipped with well-known engines with perfect global after-sales service, can match different emission standards such as National II, III, IV, Euro V etc.. The power is more sufficient and the failure rate is lower.

Production Feature
1. Structural parts, cab, rear hood, rear counterweight are all electrophoresis treated, and with electrostatic spraying, make the whole machine brighter and better anti-rust performance.
2. The cab and tank can be turned 270° synchronously and driving in both directions, the driver can complete the entire working process independently.
3. High-end luxury excavator cab with prevent rollover, shock-absorbing aviation seats. High-definition driving camera are installed, no blind spots in the work.
4. High-quality core components, such as HYTEK brand plunger motor, worm gear and worm imported from the US, military-quality HJ80-43 reducer, etc.
5. The bottom of the bucket is equipped with a small vibration motor, making the shoveling and unloading process more efficient.
6. The automatic water metering function can accurately measure the water consumption, monitor the water volume, and automatically supply water.
